Your Acceptance of These Terms: By visiting and using this website and our course, you signify your acceptance of this privacy policy and terms and conditions of service. If you do not agree to this policy you are not authorized to use our website. If you are a minor under the age of 18 you may not enroll until your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted this privacy policy. If you do not live in California, are under the age of 15, and or do not have parental consent you are not permitted to register for our course.

Collection of Information: The information we collect from users goes into completing state drivers education certificates and verifying compliance with state requirements. We collect personally identifiable information, like legal name, date of birth, ages, postal addresses, email addresses, phone number, and sometimes school (since we are often used by students). We collect payment information (credit card) to process charges for services provided. We also collect content that you voluntarily provide to us and any communications between us. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request. We may automatically collect other information including, but not limited to, the users’ location, type of mobile device, browser type, IP address, language, operating system, unique device identifier, the date and time of your visit, the pages you view, and the website that referred you to us. The purpose of this practice is to identify which content our users find most useful and to tailor a better experience for you.

Third Parties and Links: Our website or services may contain links with other websites or services that we do not own or operate such as Department of Motor vehicles (DMV), California Highway patrol (CHP), National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA);Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD), Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS), Highway Loss Date Institute (HLDI), Facebook, instagram etc), youtube, google inc and google maps. We are not responsible for the practices employed by any websites or services linked to or from our website, including the information or content contained within them. Changes to this Privacy Policy: We have the discretion and reserve the right to update and make changes to this privacy policy at any time. It is strongly recommended to check this page each time you access our course and website referring to the date of the last modification listed at the bottom. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy regularly and become aware of modifications.

Exercising Your California Privacy Rights: To exercise any other data rights under California law, please contact us. We aim to respond to a consumer request for access or deletion within 45 days of receiving that request. 

Retention Time: Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for. Once the retention period expires, personal data shall be deleted. Therefore, the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after expiration of the retention period.
